Message	I'd still get a lawyer.. but if that's the truth.. then you certainly didn't do a very good job of 'eluding' if you stopped & got out of your car & when he got to you he didn't cuff you & stuff you immediately. Sounds like BS to me. I'd expect them to take custody of you right there & right then if that were the case. If they want to persue it, I'd definitely protect my ass from intrusion by paying a lawyer to screw you instead.. at least *you* can control that angle. :-\ Later VIVA LA TIVO!
